Refund & Return Policy


EU 14‑Day Right of Withdrawal 

If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
•     This right applies to most physical goods.
•     To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
•     You then have an additional 14 days to return the item.
•     Refunds are issued once the returned goods are received and inspected.
Important: The EU withdrawal right does not apply to:
•     Opened sealed products
•     Trading card singles
•     Digital items or codes
•     Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or value‑protection reasons once opened

📦 Returns
•     Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
•     Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
•     Sealed items (booster packs, booster boxes, decks, bundles) must remain factory sealed.
•     Singles (individual cards) are final sale and cannot be returned once purchased.

💳 Refunds
•     Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.
•     Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
•     Shipping fees are non‑refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

🃏 Singles & Card Condition
•     All singles are sold as‑described and are non‑refundable.
•     If you receive the wrong card or the condition differs significantly from the listing, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos.

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
•     Notify us within 48 hours.
•     Keep all packaging and provide photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
•     We will replace the item when possible or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

📮 Return Shipping
•     Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.
•     We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.

•     Clearance or discounted items
